1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can conveniently pay in cash when your order is delivered.
2. Is there an extra fee for Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not charge any additional fees for Cash on Delivery. It’s completely free and hassle-free.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We are continuously working to expand our delivery network worldwide.
4. How long does delivery take?
- UAE: 2–3 business days
- KSA: 3–5 business days

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request cancellation or changes within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
6. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with the order details.
7. What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule a suitable time. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
9. Why don’t you accept card or online payments?
