Eligibility for Returns

  • Is returned with original packaging and tags
  • Is not a sale or clearance item (non-returnable)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or supplement items
  • Gift boxes or customized sets
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a prompt replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Clear photos (if product is damaged)

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
